Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
1. General Terms
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible!
2. Returns & Exchanges

Timeline: A return or exchange request must be made by emailing us at
puremoon.in@gmail.comwithin 5 DAYS of DELIVERY. For a better resolution, you may also reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9599381942 - Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- Verification: A replacement, refund, or store credit (valid for 6 months) will be issued once the returned goods are received and verified at the Puremoon warehouse.
- Decisions: The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Puremoon and accepts Puremoon’s decision regarding the cancellation or return eligibility.
- We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. While we aim for a fuss-free process, customization-based orders (if any) are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refund Details
- Payment Source: For prepaid orders, the refund is processed to the original source of payment. For COD orders, refunds are made ONLY via bank transfer to the individual name listed in the billing details.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Only the product value is eligible for a refund. Fees such as gift wrap, shipping charges, and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products

Timeline: Intimate (by emailing
puremoon.in@gmail.com) any damage or wrong product claims within 3 days of receipt. For a faster resolution, you may also reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9599381942 - Mandatory: You must include clear photographs and an unboxing video to process your claim. Please mention your ORDER ID in the subject line.
5. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Cancel within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing
puremoon.in@gmail.com. We will credit the full amount for prepaid orders. -
After Dispatch: If cancelled after dispatch, the refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed minus shipping charges for both Forward and RTO (Return to Origin). Please reach out to us at
puremoon.in@gmail.comfor cancellation requests.
6. Taxes & Duties
- Domestic (India): Taxes and duties are included in the price listed on the website for all deliveries within India.

International (Outside India): Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, are not included in our price. These must be paid by the customer to our shipping partner. The amount depends on the policies of your destination country. Please reach out to

7. Shipping
- Delivery Timeline: We generally deliver within 6-8 business days. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated to the customer in advance.
- Photography Disclaimer: Products are photographed under professional lights; actual products may differ slightly in color when seen under normal lighting.
