PAYMENTS

We offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience:

  • Prepaid: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and Paytm.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Available for most pin codes across India.Please note: A non-refundable Cash Handling Charge of ₹80/- is applicable on all COD orders.
    • For account transfers/direct deposits, kindly mention your Contact Number in the transaction comments to help us trace and confirm your order promptly.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

Shipment Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Note: Customised orders, pre-orders, or high-volume sale periods may require additional time as communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India.
  • Delivery Timeline: Most orders reach within 6-8 business days.
  • Guarantee: If we are unable to deliver your order within 45 days due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Disputes

Any issues regarding delivery—such as "Marked as Delivered but not received," missing items, incorrect products, or empty packets—must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Reports made after 72 hours will not be entertained, as the parcel will be deemed successfully received by the rightful owner. Puremoon’s decision in such disputes shall be final.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship globally! Please note the following for overseas orders:

  • Rates: Shipping charges vary by country (typically between ₹900 to ₹3000). Exact rates will be provided during checkout or via support.
  • Consultation: Please contact our support team via email at puremoon.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9599381942 .
  • Transit Time: International deliveries usually take 15-25 business days.
  • Non-Claimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned because the recipient was unavailable, uncontactable, or refused the delivery, Puremoon absolves all liability. In such cases, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Domestic: All prices listed for India are inclusive of GST. No additional taxes are payable by the customer.
  • International: Puremoon is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. LOGISTICS PARTNERS

We partner with Delhivery as our primary courier. For remote areas not serviced by private players, we utilize India Post to ensure your package reaches you.
